Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for analyzing, managing, and improving global and integrated end-to-end business processes. Each day, you will guide the Business Process Owner and IS team for the implementation of the business process application solution. You will also showcase your expertise by working closely with all process stakeholders.

The work model for the role is: hybrid

This role is contributing to the Electrification Distribution Solutions in Mebane, NC.

You will mainly be accountable for:

  • Supporting the implementation of business solutions by coordinating with cross-functional teams to implement and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and recommend enhancements.
  • Maintaining and updating e-commerce and configurator platform core data, including but not limited to, market product information, pricing logic, product logic rules, customer and segment information.
  • Supporting testing activities including test planning, execution, defect tracking, and validation of business requirements.
  • Facilitating change management activities to support continuous improvement, timely implementation, and user acceptance.
  • Developing and delivering training materials and sessions to end-users and stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of new digital tools and processes.
  • Gathering feedback from users and stakeholders to gauge satisfaction with digital tool solutions and facilitate continuous improvement need.

Qualifications for the role

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
  • 5 years of experience in ecommerce or digitalization tool activities.
  • Strong working knowledge of ERP systems, SAP strongly preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of ecommerce and product configurator systems.
  • Experience with SAP SD and MM modules.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM systems.
  • Experience with PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) software, specifically Windchill PTE.
  • Candidates must have work authorization to work in the US.
