Position Summary...What you'll do...Role summary:
The Manager, Process Improvement leads initiatives to enhance key business functions by analyzing performance data, identifying gaps, and developing sustainable solutions. This role partners with cross-functional teams to align strategies, simplify processes, and ensure effective change management. The position oversees Upstream projects, monitors program dashboards, and supports our program management via a learning management platform. The manager also supports stakeholder engagement, provides guidance on policies, and ensures compliance while fostering accountability and operational excellence across the organization. This role is critical in advancing business goals through strategic process development and execution.
  About the team:
The Strategy team designs, manages, and enhances programs and career pathways for technicians supporting our Upstream business. This team ensures that clubs and stores nationwide are well maintained and equipment operates efficiently. By leading process improvement initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional partners, the team drives operational excellence and sustainable change. They focus on evaluating current practices, identifying opportunities, and implementing solutions that align with business goals. The team values clear communication, stakeholder engagement, and continuous development to support effective program execution and long-term success.
  What you'll do:
  • Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to drive business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Analyze data and evaluate key business functions to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on solutions and communicate changes to stakeholders for effective adoption.
  • Manage process improvement programs, ensuring sustainable and executable solutions with clear rollout plans.
  • Lead change management projects, assessing readiness and adjusting approaches to support positive organizational transformation.
  • Monitor program performance against metrics, addressing post-implementation issues and recommending resolutions.
  • Support development of long-term strategies through benchmarking, modeling, and industry best practices.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
