What You Will Be Doing
The Senior Engineer, Central Quality & Quality Control plays a critical role in driving excellence across manufacturing operations and supplier networks by ensuring consistent product performance and compliance with Acushnet Company Quality System requirements. This position leads and supports quality assurance and control initiatives, leveraging data-driven insights to strengthen processes, enhance standards, and deliver continuous improvement. Partnering cross-functionally with Manufacturing, R&D, Supply Chain, and external suppliers, the Senior Engineer provides technical expertise in root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, and new product introductions. The role also oversees quality system activities, including audits and performance reviews, while analyzing product and process data to identify trends, mitigate risk, and elevate long-term reliability and operational performance.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Chemistry, or closely related field required
  • ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) certification preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years in manufacturing and/or Quality Engineering
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects independently
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Systems preferred
  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • Ability to work in industrial and golf course environments
  • Capable of lifting up to 40 pounds and standing for extended periods
  • Good or corrected vision, including accurate color perception
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Ability to travel, occasionally on short notice
  • Familiarity with Acushnet Company Safety Policies and Practices
  • Knowledge of Hazardous Waste Compliance policies and practices

Pay Range: $107,896.00-$134,765.00
