This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who thrives on executive engagement, strategic account leadership, and outcome-based selling. The ideal candidate will build long-term executive relationships, drive large enterprise opportunities, and position Uniphore as a strategic business transformation partner, not simply a technology vendor.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle - from C-suite prospecting through negotiation and close
  • Deliver $2M-$4M in new and expansion ARR annually
  • Develop ROI-driven business cases that earn board-level sponsorship
  • Orchestrate cross-functional teams (Solutions Engineering, Product, Legal, Services) as the "CEO of your territory"
  • Maintain 3-5x pipeline coverage through executive networking and partnerships

Qualifications

  • 10+ years in enterprise SaaS/technology sales with consistent quota attainment
  • 5+ years selling to the C-suite in F500/G2000 accounts
  • Track record of closing $2M+ ACV / $10M+ TCV deals on 6-12 month cycles
  • Experience in AI/ML, SaaS, cloud, or data platforms; ideally selling into Banking, Insurance, Retail, Telco, or Technology
  • Mastery of MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Command the Message
  • Bachelor's degree; Salesforce proficiency; willingness to travel up to 50%

Nice to Have

Existing C-suite relationships in target technology, experience with partners like AWS, Snowflake, or Databricks, and a proven land-and-expand playbook.

Hiring Range: $289,600 - $398,200 OTE (50% base salary / 50% variable compensation). Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and location.

Benefits:

In addition to competitive base pay, this position also includes an annual incentive opportunity based on target achievement, pre-IPO stock options, benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with a match, and more, plus generous paid time off, paid holidays, paid day off for your birthday and other paid leave policies to support employees through all phases of life.
