Job description

About The Role

The Advisor Business Insights Manager will own the full insights function for our top advisors end-to-end: building it, running it, and making it indispensable to how our business strategy and sales coaches operate. That means designing and maintaining the reporting infrastructure, dashboards, and analytical frameworks that turn advisor data into decisions-and ultimately, into growth.

This role partners closely with the Business Strategy & Sales and Operations & Enablement functions, serving as the analytical engine behind advisor coaching, business reviews, portfolio planning, and growth strategy. By translating advisor performance data into actionable insights, this role helps identify opportunities, uncover risks, and enable more effective coaching for Fora's highest-performing advisors.

This role reports to Senior Manager, Advisor Strategy & Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain advisor reporting infrastructure: health scorecards, portfolio dashboards, and KPI frameworks
  • Own business review support - developing the data narratives that make advisor coaching conversations strategic, not just retrospective
  • Proactively identify trends and opportunities across the advisor base and surface them to the Fora X team
  • Power data-driven coaching by feeding insights into advisor segmentation, growth plan design, and trigger-based outreach strategy, using AI to process advisor signals at scale and surface the next-best action for each coach
  • Build scalable operations around advisor insights: standardized workflows, automated data pulls, and repeatable reporting cadences
  • Develop advisor reports and other intelligence products that help advisors and coaches understand where they stand relative to peers on a similar growth path
  • Define the metrics for advisor success and build the systems to track them
Requirements
  • 3-5 years in analytics, insights, business intelligence, or data-driven account management
  • Experience translating complex data into clear, actionable narratives - you make numbers tell a story that coaches and advisors can actually use
  • Proficiency with BI tools (Omni, Looker, Tableau, or similar) and comfort working with large datasets
  • Fluency with AI tools for data analysis and insights operations - you actively use AI to process large datasets, surface patterns, and automate what would otherwise require manual effort
  • Experience supporting client-facing conversations with data - business reviews, strategic planning, growth conversations
  • Comfortable building and owning the function independently from day one
  • Travel or hospitality industry experience a plus
Compensation

Compensation for this role varies based on experience, with an indicative range of $100K-$130K + equity. Final compensation will depend on the level at which the candidate is hired, as we're considering multiple levels for this role.

  • Unlimited vacation
  • Health Insurance (including an option completely covered by Fora HQ)
  • Dental & Vision Insurance
  • Wellhub Memberships
  • 401k plan with company match
  • Commuter Benefits
  • Supplemental Life Insurance
  • Stock Options

This role is based in our beautiful New York City office (Tribeca/Fidi) with lots of natural light and great views.Â
