Leadership Director

Synergy Wealth Solutions

Chesterfield, MO • On-site

Full-time

Re-posted 10 days ago

Job description

About Us:

At Synergy Wealth Solutions, we do more than deliver financial products—we help people build real financial confidence through holistic planning, exceptional service, and a culture that is competitive, supportive, and deeply relationship-driven. We are building a firm where ambitious people can grow, win, and make a meaningful impact for clients, advisors, and their communities.

The Role:

We are seeking a high-performing Leadership Director who has built a successful financial advisory practice and is ready to lead others to the same level of achievement. This role is for someone with real-world credibility, strong business instincts, and the ability to influence, coach, and elevate people in a high-performance environment.

You will recruit, develop, and lead a team of financial advisors while shaping culture, accountability, and growth. You will help advisors translate potential into production, build stronger practices, and raise the standard for client experience across the firm.

This role is best suited for a leader who knows how to create momentum, earn trust quickly, and build something bigger than their own practice.

What You'll Do:

Recruiting & Team Growth

Lead recruiting efforts aligned with the firm’s growth strategy and high-performance culture

Personally source experienced and emerging advisor talent through referrals, networking, and proactive outreach

Evaluate candidates for sales capability, mindset, coachability, and cultural alignment

Partner closely with recruiting and leadership teams throughout the selection process

Advisor Leadership & Development

Coach advisors on prospecting, client acquisition, case development, and long-term practice growth

Provide hands-on leadership around planning opportunities, business strategy, and closing support

Lead team meetings that turn training into execution and execution into results

Set clear expectations around activity, pipeline discipline, appointments, and production—and hold people accountable

Help advisors fully leverage the firm’s planning, operational, and support resources

Culture & Performance

Reinforce a culture built on ambition, integrity, service, and continuous improvement

Partner with firm leadership on performance initiatives, advisor development, and business planning

Support compliance, continuing education, and firm standards across the advisor team

What Makes You a Great Fit:

Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field preferred

Proven success building and operating a profitable financial advisory practice

Demonstrated ability to recruit, coach, and develop high-performing advisors

Series 7 and 66 preferred or required based on market and supervision structure

Strong executive presence, sound judgment, and the ability to inspire confidence and action

Deep understanding of insurance, investments, and holistic financial planning

Why You'll Love It Here:

Exceptional earning potential with meaningful upside tied to growth and performance

A leadership role with real influence over advisor development, culture, and outcomes

Strong operational, marketing, and administrative support

The opportunity to build a legacy by developing the next generation of elite advisors

A mission-driven firm that values performance, integrity, and exceptional service
