Job description

Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end RPA solutions using Power Automate (Flow) and other Power Platform components.
  • Build and customize Power Apps to streamline business processes and improve user experience.
  • Integrate Power Platform solutions with external systems such as SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Azure, SAP, and SQL databases.
  • Analyze business processes, identify automation opportunities, and deliver scalable automation solutions.
  • Develop Power BI dashboards for analytics and reporting needs.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, process owners, and IT teams to ensure solution alignment with business goals.
  • Maintain, monitor, and enhance existing automation workflows for performance and compliance.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices in security, governance, and documentation for Power Platform and RPA solutions.
  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and user training as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 10 years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents).
  • Hands-on experience in RPA development using Power Automate or similar tools (UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere).
  • Proficiency in workflow design, API integration, and data connectors within Power Platform.
  • Knowledge of Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Dataverse.
  • Experience with SharePoint Online, Dynamics 365, and Office 365 integration.
  • Strong understanding of process mapping, optimization, and automation lifecycle management.
  • Basic scripting/programming skills (PowerShell, Python, or JavaScript) are an advantage.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400) or equivalent certification.
  • Experience in AI Builder, Power Virtual Agents, or Process Advisor for intelligent automation.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and version control (Git, Azure DevOps).
