Job Title/High-Level Position Summary:

We are currently hiring fresh graduates for the role of Process Executive - US Healthcare (Voice) at our Hyderabad location. This is a full-time, night shift opportunity within the US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) domain. Selected candidates will receive structured training and will work closely with US healthcare insurance processes, primarily involving voice-based interactions and system documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound voice calls to US insurance companies
  • AR Follow up on medical claim status and payments
  • Update systems with accurate call and claim details
  • Adhere to quality, productivity, and compliance standards
  • Work in night shifts
Minimum Basic Qualifications:
  • Any graduate (freshers are welcome)
  • Good English communication skills (spoken and comprehension)
  • Willingness to work in night shifts (US timings)
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
  • Ability to work in a process-driven environment
