An established nonprofit services organization in Washington, D.C. is seeking an Executive Assistant in Washington, DC. This role provides high-level administrative and operational support in a fast-paced environment while helping ensure smooth coordination, communication, and organization across executive priorities.
About the Opportunity:

  • Shift: Day shift
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday
  • Hours: Standard business
  • Setting: Hybrid (two days onsite, three days remote)
Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and provide day-to-day gatekeeping support
  • Coordinate meeting logistics, follow-ups, and tracking of action items and accountabilities
  • Arrange primarily domestic travel and support related itinerary planning
  • Process executive expenses, department invoices, and budget-related data entry and reporting
  • Handle correspondence, document management, contract tracking, and special projects as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting a C-level executive
  • Strong writing and interpersonal communication skills
