We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and customer-focused Executive Assistant to provide strategic support to leadership and partner closely with internal teams, Microsoft customers, and external partners.
The ideal candidate excels at managing complex priorities, building strong relationships, and creating a seamless experience for executives and stakeholders. Success in this role requires exceptional communication skills, sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic calendar management, meeting coordination, and executive support, ensuring priorities are effectively managed and executed.
- Partner with leaders to coordinate customer, partner, and internal engagements, including meetings, events, and business activities.
- Manage executive expenses, purchasing activities, onboarding and offboarding processes, and other operational business functions.
- Support business operations by tracking deliverables, managing action items, maintaining organizational resources, and improving team processes.
- Oversee office operations, team space management, equipment inventory, and workplace readiness to support an efficient and productive environment.
- Maintain SharePoint, Teams, distribution lists, organizational charts, and related business systems.
- Build strong partnerships across leadership teams, customers, vendors, and key stakeholders while handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Ensure compliance with Microsoft policies, processes, and operational standards.
Required Qualifications
- Current or prior experience as an Executive Assistant at Microsoft is required, specifically supporting CP/CVP-level leaders and working directly with Microsoft clients.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience directly supporting VP and/or CVP-level leaders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage highly complex executive calendars and leadership rhythms.
- Operates as a strategic business partner to leadership, not solely an administrative support function.
- Exceptional executive presence, judgment, and discretion.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Track record of owning business processes, projects, or operational programs, and driving process improvements independently.
- Strong customer-service orientation and relationship-building skills across leadership, Microsoft customers, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs (e.g., office supplies, equipment, event materials).
Work Location
- This role is based in Redmond, WA and requires working onsite 4 days per week, with Fridays available for remote work.
