Goode Company and Levi Goode Brands are seeking a dynamic sales leader to join our Executive Team, where your impact will be immediate, measurable, and highly valued. We’re looking for a results driven sales professional who excels at building relationships, expanding market reach, and converting opportunity into revenue. In this role, you will champion the growth of our brands by connecting our products and services with the right customers, channels, and markets.

This position reports directly to our Integrator and CFO providing the strategic support needed to accelerate performance and drive meaningful results.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Grow sales by installing proven processes across the entire funnel to expand reach, increase loyalty, and maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Partner cross-functionally to build sales forecasts supported by strategic marketing plans with specific goals, strategies, tactics, measurements, and timeframes that align with company growth objectives.
  • Instill and cultivate a high-performance sales culture across aspects of the sales organization by prioritizing sales team efforts in alignment with company goals and based on a sound ROI framework.
  • Govern sales activities within the boundaries set by Operations, Finance, and Brand to safeguard the company’s integrity.
  • Leverage email and SMS contact lists to deploy high volume lead generation campaigns in service of Restaurants, Events, and Ecommerce.
  • Partner with web development team and channel partners to provide seamless linkage between digital leads and downstream activities (digital conversion, phone conversion, email conversion, lost lead, etc.).
  • Partner with web development team to ensure standard catalog of offerings are available for sale online for a frictionless customer experience and to ensure standard
  • Align and execute lead generation activities with the Brand-defined marketing strategy and calendar for each business vertical.
  • Consult proactively with Tier I and Tier II customers and prospects to uncover opportunities to promote high-ticket and reoccurring sales within Restaurant, Ecommerce, and Events.
  • Diligently obtain client referrals to expand the company’s network reach among high-value prospects.
  • Engage with operations to coordinate surprise-and-delight affairs for Tier I and Tier II customers according to defined protocols.
  • Remain primary point of contact and service for all Tier I and Tier II customer orders through fulfillment.
  • Design and maintain a standard catalog of offerings across Ecommerce and Catering/Events with a universal price sheet for each.
  • Escalate any inquiries for non-standard offerings to the appropriate business unit leader for feasibility assessment.
  • Keep all sales modules of Ecommerce and Events selling platforms current and accurate, including Shopify, Tripleseat, and CRM.
  • Collect and respond appropriately to guest inquiries and feedback across all business verticals.
  • Develop and maintain customer value classifications based on five tiers (Tiers I-V).
  • Create and monitor KPI systems and processes that measure the effectiveness of efforts across the sales funnel.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of work experience in sales with proven track record of achieving sales targets. CRM and call center experience required. The ideal candidate has experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Communication: Professionalism in written and verbal communications, with a focus on clarity and etiquette in all interactions (Spanish-speaking preferred but not required)
  • Organization: Exceptional organization with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring every client receives a superior level of service.
  • Transportation: Must have appropriate and dependable ‘client facing’ transportation.
