Supervisory Responsibilities: None

Purpose: To develop and maintain the process of information including, programing, program control, setup documentation, general purpose troubleshooting of processes on the manufacturing floor. Aid in new tool development and prove initial processes for manufacturing.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a safe work environment for self and others. Follows all safety rules and regulations. Demonstrate commitment to safety program.
  • Conduct research to develop new and improved processes for manufacturing
  • Conduct tooling tests and monitoring the process performance throughout production
  • Troubleshoot problems associated with manufacturing processes
  • Estimate production cost associated to new tool development
  • Provide initial technical training and support for all affected personnel pertaining to new technologies and tooling associated to manufacturing
  • Maintain setup instruction for specific processes assigned to
  • Maintains process programs via fusion software
  • Develop process work holding when necessary
  • Demonstrate commitment to the TEAM Industries Quality Management system and Objectives.
  • Promote a positive atmosphere. Actively support activities that promote the welfare and morale of TEAM employees.
  • Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.
