Role Description The Inflight Catering Coordinator โ€“ Private Jets is a full-time, remote role responsible for managing end-to-end catering orders for private aviation clients. Daily responsibilities include receiving and confirming client requests, coordinating customized menus with catering partners, and ensuring dietary preferences and restrictions are accurately communicated. The role involves tracking order status, managing delivery timelines to airports and FBOs, and resolving any service issues quickly and professionally. The coordinator will maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors, update order records in internal systems, and collaborate with sales and operations teams to support a seamless inflight experience.
