Optometrist – Full-time – Private practice – Cranston, RI- Sign-On Bonus and No Weekends!

About Our Practice

We are searching for a passionate OD to join our premier eye care practice. For over 36 years, we proudly serve Providence and the surrounding areas with the highest level of eye care. We are the largest private practice in the area and pride ourselves in outstanding patient care using the most advanced technology and equipment.  Our new OD will be a welcoming addition to our team and family! You'll use your clinical and interpersonal skills to provide high-quality vision care to our patients. The ideal OD candidate is honest, has professional clarity, and is passionate about building meaningful relationships with our team and patients. 

What You’ll Need:

  • Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree (or pending) 
  • Valid state license to practice optometry (or pending) 
  • Scleral lens experience is a plus but NOT required

Schedule: This opportunity is a full-time position, 8 to 5:30

Compensation and Benefits: We reward our doctors with competitive Base and a bonus structure that can get you over $200,000, as well as benefits including:

  • Bonus Opportunities (available for both experienced optometrists and new graduates):
      1. Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 sign-on bonus for a one-year contract.
      2. Enhanced Sign-On Bonus Program: $15,000 sign-on bonus for a three-year contract, with the bonus allocated directly towards student loan repayment at a rate of $5,000 per year.
