Job description

CDR ProSource is seeking a dependable Press Machine Operator to join our manufacturing client's team in the Kalamazoo, MI area. This is a full-time, contract-to-hire opportunity with a consistent schedule, no mandatory overtime, and an attendance bonus after permanent hire.
Position Details
  • Location: Kalamazoo, MI Area
  • Pay Rate: $16.00/hour
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday | 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
  • Position Type: Full-Time | Contract-to-Hire
  • Overtime: None Required

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate press machines safely and efficiently.
  • Load raw materials into the machine and remove finished products.
  • Monitor machine performance and identify quality issues.
  • Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet production specifications.
  • Perform basic machine adjustments and routine cleaning.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Follow all company safety policies and production procedures.
  • Assist with other production tasks as needed.
Qualifications
  • Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
