Job description

Optimize Partners provides full-time direct hire and temporary job placements for technology driven companies. Our client, a fast growing Women's intimate apparel brand, that is redefining style, fit and comfort in women's underwear, is looking for an experienced Multimedia Production Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multimedia production, specifically for social media platforms, and will be responsible for pre- production planning and post production coordination of campaigns on Instagram, YouTube and TikTok.
This is a full-time salaried position with benefits, located at our client's Miami, FL offices, and will report directly into the VP of Brand, and work closely with other members of the creative/production team. Responsibilities of the Multimedia Production Manager:
  • Pre-Production Planning: Coordinate all aspects of pre-production, including conceptualizing the video shoot, hiring/casting the talent, securing props, location scouting and handling permits
  • Budget Management: Oversee the budget for the video shoot, negotiate rates with vendors and talent, and ensure projects are completed on time and under budget.
  • Talent Coordination: Hire and cast models/actors, hair and make-up artists, stylists and crew members.
  • Equipment and Prop Management: Arrange photography equipment, props and set decorations needed for the video shoot(s).
  • On-Set Management: Direct the shoot, and oversee the production process
  • Post-Production Coordination: Manage the selection, editing, retouching and delivery of final images for marketing use. You will work closely with video editors and other post-production staff to achieve desired results
  • Drive seasonal campaigns and big ideas from concepts to execution. Ensure all assets are on-brand, on-strategy and on-budget.
  • You will define creative strategy for new products, new social media campaigns, and branded touch-points to drive brand awareness and communication to customers via social media campaigns.

Qualifications of the Multimedia Production Manager:
  • Proven experience in Multimedia Production, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful video projects
  • Bachelor's Degree in Multimedia, Film Studies or a related field
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in industry standard video production software and equipment
  • Must possess a valid drivers license and have reliable transportation for travel to various shooting locations and to transport equipment as needed.
