The Post Coordinator will collaboratively support the Roku Post Production team, as well as the creation and delivery of all original content for The Roku Channel. A member of the Roku Originals team, the individual will be responsible for liaising cross-functionally with all appropriate departments to ensure a successful launch on platform.

For California Only - The estimated hourly rate for this position is between $33 - $35 per hour.
Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, certifications, and specific geographical location.

What you'll be doing- Support all Post Production team members, and provide external partner coverage during absences
- Maintain and update internal and external Post Production documents and manage systems of tracking information e.g. Confluence, Airtable, and with the use of AI
- Provide external partners with timely support related to Roku's delivery specifications
- Use AI to develop workflows & automations for efficient project tracking and delivery of content
- Responsible for maintaining access and tracking project wrap Post deliverables on Roku Deliverables Hub, as well as facilitating efficient and timely distribution of available assets to other internal stakeholders via Sharepoint, Frame.io and AWS S3
- Own the media management of Roku Original and Roku Brand Studio series/partner 'Teams' on Frame.io, as well as internal onboarding for new creative stakeholders
- Work with the Roku Content Operations team to review delivery assets and confirm integrity in time for launch
We're excited if you have- Recommended - 3+ years of relevant hands-on experience at a streamer, particularly an AVOD platform.
- Recommended - 3+ years of relevant hands-on experience as a Post Production Coordinator in programming across multiple genres (dramas, comedies, reality, game shows, competition shows, etc.)
- Self-motivated, proficient multi-tasker, able to stay organized and implement solutions, where necessary, with a high volume of projects in simultaneous phases of production
- Proficient with AI, Slack, Frame.io, AWS S3 Console, Airtable, Sharepoint, Confluence, and Microsoft Office 365
- Excellent Post Production and project management abilities; with a healthy mix of both technical and logistical skills, and the competence to see the bigger picture while managing the details
- Ability to nurture and maintain strong industry relationships; foster and build new relationships
- Understanding of live broadcast environments a plus
