Main purpose of the Production Coordinator role:

The Production Coordinator will support our growing YouTube content team. This role plays a key part in bringing creative ideas to life - helping manage the logistics, communication, and details that keep every production running smoothly and on schedule. As a Production Coordinator, you’ll work closely with Producers, creative teams, and external partners to organize all facets of production — from pre-production and shoot prep to post-production and delivery.


Major Responsibilities:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Support Producers across all phases of YouTube and video content production, from pre-production through delivery
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment across creative, strategy, and production teams
  • Coordinate production logistics, including shoot schedules, call sheets, locations, equipment, and permits
  • Support shoot planning by booking crew, locations, and equipment
  • Manage and track project timelines and deliverables, ensuring information is accurate, up to date, and accessible to stakeholders
  • Monitor project progress and proactively identify and resolve potential delays or issues
  • Organize and maintain production documentation, including call sheets, shot lists, run-of-show, and production briefs
  • Assist with post-production workflows, including asset management, review tracking, and final delivery of content
  • Provide guidance to Production Assistants to help streamline on-set and administrative workflows


Required Competencies:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of experience as production assistant or coordinator, ideally within fashion, beauty, or lifestyle content
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with an eye for detail and follow-through
  • Proficiency in production documentation, including call sheets, budgets, and timelines
  • Hands-on experience supporting video or digital content productions, from pre-production through post
  • Ability to lift and transport up to 30lbs of equipment and props to and from sets.


Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in film, Communication, or related field

  • Proactive problem solver who anticipates needs and stays one step ahead
  • Excellent communicator who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment
  • Passionate about creative production and eager to grow within a dynamic, innovative brand

A reasonable estimate of the current base hourly range is $23.00 to $25.00
