The Brand & Creative Coordinator, reporting to the Global Head of Brand & Creative, is a hybrid creative operations and production-support position responsible for keeping our creative projects running smoothly across multiple active projects and deliverable types. The right candidate is highly organized, familiar with creative workflows, and equally comfortable managing vendors and SOWs as prioritizing intake and creative resources. You'll work closely with our producers, studio, creative and activation teams, to keep workflows triaged, resourced, organized and on time. This coordinator at the heart of the brand, creative and content engine, delivering experiences that are instantly recognizable as distinctly Logitech.

In this role you will:
  • Manage intake for creative studio: Review, delegate and deploy ownership of all new projects from intake through resourcing, ensuring deadlines can be are met or managed accordingly.
  • Process optimization: Improve process across the Creative Studio to better manage capacity, priority shifts, and resourcing, including Core Imagery workflows.
  • Structure, report and analyze data: Work with Asana on a quarterly basis to quantify, optimize and operationalize a large volume of work, including projections vs actuals for Brand & Creative team.
  • Resource oversight: Partner with the Brand Activation team to align and adjust broader B&C resourcing with all Creative Studio projects.
  • File management: Organize and manage B&C documents and files used across the org by reducing duplication and setting up appropriate share settings, including CAD/Artwork for each core imagery project

  • Foundational onboarding: Onboard new team B&C CW/FTE members by ensuring they have appropriate training materials, adding them to appropriate meetings, emails, slack channels and folders.
  • Usage/Asset Management: Partner with our Creative Project Management team to improve asset management, tracking, and access and usage within the studio. and creative production team. Track & manage usage and talent rights for past and current campaigns.
  • Brand & Creative operations: Support across the team in various ways, in service of creative quality, timely delivery, and holistic brand.
  • Vendor Partnership: Partner with Operations and Creative Production to onboard and manage vendor budgets, SOWs, contracts and processes with procurement for PRs/POs including timely approvals.
  • AI Workflows: Identify opportunities and new AI tools for our team to improve creative process workflows.
  • Operate Independently: Initiate opportunities for improvement, while operating in an ambiguous environment that changes quickly, with a high level of collaboration.

To be considered for this position you demonstrate:
  • 3+ years experience working with brand or creative, production or agency teams in standardizing processes, managing intake and workflows, and coordinating project prioritization and delivery timelines.
  • Familiarity with the stages of creative development, from brief intake through to final delivery, global experience a plus.
  • Experience handling budgets, drafting or reviewing Statements of Work (SOWs), processing contracts, and/or managing Purchase Requests (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs) workflows.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, aligning different teams.
  • Experience using data to make informed recommendations about resourcing and priorities.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills and have the ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders and timelines.
  • Plugged into industry trends and comfortable testing and implementing new software and AI solutions that can make the creative team faster and more efficient.

This position offers an annual base salary typically between $61,500 - 112,000, depending on location and experience.
In certain circumstances, higher compensation will be considered based on the business need, candidate experience, and skills.
