The Central Texas Food Bank (CTFB) is the largest hunger-relief organization in Central Texas and a proud member of the Feeding America network. From its headquarters in Austin and its satellite facility in Waco, CTFB serves a 21-county region on a mission to increase food access by providing nutritious food, leading hunger and poverty advocacy efforts, and transforming lives through programs, education, and innovative solutions. Position Overview
The Creative Services Coordinator (CSC) transforms organizational stories into compelling visual experiences that bring the Central Texas Food Bank's mission and impact to life. Serving as the organization's primary creative resource, the CSC produces photography, videography, graphic design, and multimedia assets that support communications, marketing, fundraising, programs, and executive initiatives while ensuring a consistent and engaging visual identity. Working collaboratively across the organization and throughout the community, the CSC captures authentic moments and develops creative content that inspires action, strengthens connections, and advances the Food Bank's strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creative Production: Create and produce high-quality photography, videography, graphic design, and multimedia assets that visually communicate CTFB's mission and support communications, marketing, fundraising, programs, executive initiatives, and organizational priorities.
  • Visual Storytelling: Partner with department managers to visually capture and communicate compelling stories through photography, video, graphic design, and multimedia production. Produce creative assets optimized for print, digital, social media, presentations, campaigns, and other communication channels.
  • Creative Asset Management: Manage the organization's digital asset library by organizing, cataloging, maintaining, and archiving creative assets to ensure materials are current, accessible, brand compliant, and available for organization-wide use.
  • Creative Support & Brand Stewardship: Collaborate with Marketing, Communications, and departments across the organization to develop creative assets for campaigns, events, fundraising, advocacy, and organizational initiatives while ensuring consistent application of the CTFB's visual identity and brand standards.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong relationships across the organization and throughout the community to identify opportunities for creative storytelling, capture mission-driven content, and support strategic communications and marketing initiatives.
  • Values Alignment: Model and reinforce CTFB's values of Service, Integrity, Dignity, Collaboration, and Innovation by consistently reflecting these principles in decisions, actions, and interactions with team members, volunteers, partners, and the community.
  • Other: Perform other duties as assigned.

Relationships

The Creative Services Coordinator is a member of a five-person Marketing + Communications team reporting to the Director of Marketing + Communications. This is hands-on role that requires regular engagement with internal team members and external stakeholders at distributions, events, partner locations, volunteer activities, and community gatherings.
