Slate Studios is a content production studio specializing in high-end photography and motion for luxury fashion, beauty, and lifestyle brands. We produce elevated campaign and e-commerce content for leading global clients.

We are seeking a Creative Production Intern to support ongoing productions and day-to-day studio operations.

Position Summary

As a Creative Production Intern at Slate Studios, you will support the team across pre-production, shoot days, and post-production coordination. This is a hands-on role for someone highly organized, reliable, and eager to learn the inner workings of fashion and beauty production in a fast-paced studio environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Support
  • Assist with shoot timelines, call sheets, schedules, and crew coordination
  • Help organize production logistics, including equipment, transportation, catering, and studio needs
  • Support the team in preparing for shoots and keeping projects organized
Creative and Studio Support
  • Assist with creative research, references, decks, and general project support
  • Help maintain studio readiness and organization before, during, and after shoots
  • Support basic administrative and operational tasks tied to active productions
On-Set Assistance
  • Provide on-set support to the production team during shoot days
  • Help keep the day moving smoothly by assisting with setup, breakdown, runs, and team coordination
  • Troubleshoot small issues quickly and professionally
Post-Production and File Support
  • Assist with file organization, transfers, and delivery support
  • Help track post-production timelines and internal follow-up items
RequirementsLocation & Availability
  • Based in Miami, FL
  • Available on-site as needed for productions
Experience
  • Prior internship, assistant, studio, or production experience is a plus, but not required
