Job Details Salary: Competitive, based on experience Job Type: Full Time Location: Madison, NJ (in-person) Position Overview We are seeking a full-time Automotive Portfolio Manager to manage our end-of-contract, equity, lease maturity, and over-mileage client base. You will collaborate closely with the service department and sales team to identify customer needs and generate sales opportunities through phone campaigns and customer consultations. Key Responsibilities Perform outbound campaign calls to lease and contract maturity customers, meeting monthly sales objectives. Follow up with customers via phone and email to ensure satisfaction and promote repeat business. Coordinate with the service department to conduct needs assessments and benefit analyses for customers considering vehicle trade-ins. Manage lease portfolio, including contract ending, over mileage, equity, and warranty expiration lists using CRM tools. Schedule appointments and confirm customer meetings with Senior Sales Managers. Handle marketing communications such as thank you emails, postal mail, and other outreach campaigns. Collaborate with BDC, service, and sales departments to track leads and sales opportunities. Maintain accurate reporting on lease, retail, loan lead, and vehicle exchange portfolios. Identify and implement new methods for generating incremental sales and marketing opportunities. Work Environment The Portfolio Manager will have a dedicated workstation but must be mobile when necessary to facilitate communication across departments. Job Requirements:
Requirements Substantial automotive sales experience. Strong communication skills to effectively engage with customers, client advisors, and sales managers. Ability to work deals and manage various lead-producing vendors. Proven self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and passion for organization and process. Experience managing lease and retail portfolios, including lease-end inspections and reporting. Ability to perform outbound sales and marketing calls and manage customer follow-ups. Skilled in coordinating with multiple departments, including BDC, service, and sales teams. Capable of tracking and analyzing lead generation efforts to manage sales opportunities effectively. Must be mobile within the workplace to maintain communication with various departments.
