We are seeking an Accounting Assistant, with auto dealership experience, to process accounting transactions including car deals, accounts payable/receivable, verify financial documents, and more. Responsibilities - Auto Dealership Accounting Assistant: 

  • Process automotive dealership accounting transactions including car deals, accounts receivable/payable, account reconciliations, bank deposits, billing, verify financial documents, and more.
  • Maintain accurate records in compliance with dealership and manufacturer standards


Requirements - Auto Dealership Accounting Assistant:

  • Auto dealership accounting and general office bookkeeping experience is preferred 
  • Strong MS Office/Excel skills
  • Automotive biller experience is a plus
  • Excellent attention to details and organizational skills
  • Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced automotive office environment.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • A good work ethic, positive attitude, and professional appearance
