Lithia & Driveway (NYSE: LAD), the nation's largest automotive retailer, is hiring a full-time Dealership Accounting Administrator in Eugene, OR. Join a Fortune 500 company with strong growth, stability, and career advancement opportunities.

Compensation Range: with a typical starting range of $18-$26.45 . Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm (Option for 410 schedule after training)
Location: 1776 Millrace Dr., Eugene, OR

What You'll Do

  • Process new/used vehicle purchases and dealer trades
  • Submit aftermarket products and manufacturer transactions
  • Process vendor invoices and lien payoffs
  • Complete weekly/monthly reconciliations
  • Support intercompany and dealership accounting functions

  • Dealership accounting or automotive experience preferred (not required)
  • Strong attention to detail and time management
  • Customer service or retail experience a plus
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and web-based systems
