GAA Classic Cars is a premier auction destination specializing in classic, muscle, and unique vehicles.  Locally owned and operated GAA Classic Cars is proud to deliver high-quality service and unforgettable experiences to car enthusiasts across the country.

We are currently seeking a full-time Automotive Data Entry Clerk to join our dedicated team.  This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented, organized professional with a passion for the automotive industry.

This is a full time position that offers excellent benefits including major medical health insurance, on site clinic, dental, vision, life and 401(k).

Monday - Friday: 8am -5pm  Some weekends required.  Paid vacation, holidays, and personal/sick days.

Pay rate will be determined by experience.  EOE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Accurately process legal documents related to vehicle sales transactions
  • Provide exceptional support to customers with questions or issues
  • Maintain precise records and enter data into our systems efficiently
  • Collaborate with team members to prepare for and finalize auction events

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office is a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and team-oriented
