Our Client, Greensboro Auto Auction Classic Cars is the South's premier independent, dealer exclusive auto auction specializing in classic, muscle, and unique vehicles. Greensboro Auto Auction Classic Cars, also known as GAACC, is proud to deliver high-quality service and unforgettable experiences to car enthusiasts all over the country. GAACC is locally owned and operated. We are currently seeking a full time Automotive Title Clerk to join our dedicated team This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented, organized professional with a passion for the automotive industry. This position works Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with occasional weekend/overtime work and offers competitive pay based on experience, excellent benefits including major medical health insurance, dental, vision, life and 401 (k). Paid vacation, holidays and sick/personal days. EOE

DUTIES

  • Responsible for processing legal documents related to vehicle sale transactions.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of DMV procedures regarding transfer of vehicle titles.
  • Provide exceptional support to customers with title questions or issues.
  • Enter information into computer systems accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain precise records.
  • Collaborate with team members to prepare and finalize auction events.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Prior title processing experience is required (DMV or automotive dealership/industry preferred.)
  • In-depth knowledge of DMV procedures and title transfers.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office is a plus.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self motivated and team-oriented.
  • Must have current North Carolina Notary Public.
