Job Summary
We are hiring a results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) with proven experience in selling to HR, staffing, or recruitment companies. This is a high-performance, outbound-focused role where you will generate qualified sales opportunities through strategic prospecting and consistent pipeline development.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, is confident engaging senior decision-makers, and has a strong track record of booking meetings that convert into revenue.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct 100-120 outbound calls per day, focusing on high-quality conversations
  • Book 10-15 qualified sales appointments per week for Senior Sales Executives
  • Identify and engage decision-makers within HR, staffing, and recruitment firms
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Pipedrive CRM
  • Leverage tools such as ZoomInfo and Microsoft 365 for prospecting and outreach
  • Collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach strategies and messaging
  • Support additional sales initiatives and pipeline-building activities as needed
  • Occasional client visits in-person

Requirements
  • Proven experience selling staffing, recruitment, or HR solutions
  • Demonstrated success in appointment setting that led to closed revenue
  • Strong outbound sales skills, particularly cold calling and lead generation
  • Ability to work independently with high levels of motivation and discipline
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and CRM management experience
  • Comfortable working in a high-volume, KPI-driven environment
  • Prior experience in B2B telemarketing or outbound prospecting roles
  • Experience engaging with C-level executives and senior stakeholders
  • Familiarity with sales tools such as Pipedrive and ZoomInfo
