As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Data Clean, your primary responsibility will be to generate new business opportunities by sourcing leads and setting qualified appointments for our Business Development Managers. You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, helping to grow our customer base by introducing our critical cleaning services to businesses with high-stakes operational environments. Your efforts will support our sales team in driving new business growth and building lasting relationships with customers. 

What You’ll Work On 

  • Proactively identify and source new leads through research, cold calling, email outreach, social media, and other channels such as ZoomInfo and Industrial Information Resource, Construct Connect and Building Connected. 
  • Work with Sales Leadership to develop selection criteria to qualify and prioritize leads to support high close rates. 
  • Qualify prospects to ensure they align with our target customer profile for critical environment cleaning services.   
  • Schedule appointments for National Account Executive to meet with potential clients.   
  • Maintain and update Pipedrive CRM databases with accurate lead and prospect information.   
  • Collaborate with account managers to understand client needs and ensure smooth handoff for lead follow-ups.   
  • Develop a deep understanding of Promera's service offerings and communicate our value proposition effectively.   
  • Meet or exceed weekly/monthly activity, lead generation, and appointment-setting targets.   
 

  Qualifications 

  • Previous experience in a sales development or lead generation role is preferred.   
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.   
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.   
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups simultaneously.   
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Pipedrive) is a plus.   
  • Interest and/or knowledge in mission-critical environments such as data centers is beneficial.
