Join our dynamic team as an MS Teams Endpoint Performance Engineer, where you''ll play a pivotal role in optimizing collaboration tools and endpoint performance within a high-profile enterprise setting. Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and resolve complex Microsoft Teams issues, including audio/video quality problems, connectivity disruptions, call quality degradation, and collaboration challenges, ensuring peak performance across the organization.
  • Manage and troubleshoot Windows endpoints (Windows 10 & 11), including OS configuration, group policies, user profiles, and Active Directory integration, to maintain optimal system health.
  • Analyze workstation performance metrics related to CPU, GPU, memory, and overall system resources, identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
  • Support Dell hardware troubleshooting, including desktops and laptops, to swiftly identify and resolve hardware and performance issues.
  • Optimize SCCM imaging and deployment processes, ensuring standardized, efficient endpoint provisioning and updates across the enterprise.
  • Investigate user-specific and group-wide issues, including tenant-level, policy, profile, and configuration discrepancies, proposing sustainable solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with Infrastructure, Desktop Engineering, and Systems Architecture teams to develop and implement solutions that enhance overall system performance and reliability.
  • Assist during Windows 11 migrations and support Microsoft 365 optimization initiatives to streamline enterprise productivity tools.
  • Create detailed documentation, best practices, and process improvements to reduce recurring issues and elevate user experience.
  • Provide high-touch technical support and guidance to executive leadership, translating complex technical concepts into clear business language.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5+ years supporting Microsoft enterprise environments with proven troubleshooting expertise.
  • Extensive Microsoft Teams administration and issue resolution experience.
  • Deep proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Office 365 environments.
  • Advanced Windows 10/11 endpoint administration and troubleshooting skills.
  • Hands-on experience with SCCM imaging, deployment, and endpoint management.
  • Strong Active Directory knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and system performance issues, including CPU, GPU, and memory utilization, with hands-on support for Dell hardware.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with C-suite and senior stakeholders.
  • Independent, innovative problem solver with a proactive approach.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting C-suite or executive leadership teams.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Teams Phone environments.

Publishing Pay Range: $65.00 - $75.00 hourly
