Behavioral Health (Hospital) Receptionist / Switchboard Operator

The Behavioral Health (Hospital) Receptionist / Switchboard Operator (PBX) is needed to work PRN (On-Call) on weekends and some evenings during the week at the front desk of our busy hospital. We are looking for an experienced Receptionist to provide a positive, responsive environment for receiving internal and external customers via telephone and face-to-face. A smile and a friendly attitude will help make you successful in this role as you are the first person many of our guests will encounter as they enter the front lobby. It is important that the Receptionist makes a lasting, positive first impression to set the tone for the total guest experience. Also, an ability to manage a high volume of calls and visitors while remaining positive and pleasant is critical for this role.

Peachford Hospital is the Southeast's premiere behavioral health and addictive disease treatment facility and has been providing compassionate care to children, adolescents, adults and seniors since 1973. Located in the beautiful Dunwoody neighborhood of Atlanta, Peachford offers inpatient acute care, as well as partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programs.
