Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Work with payroll data while maintaining strict confidentiality.
  • Process manual check requests and support payroll operations through client systems.
  • Communicate with internal/external contacts to resolve payroll issues.
  • Perform auditing tasks related to payroll accuracy.
  • Maintain strong typing speed (40+ WPM) and proficiency with a 10-key calculator.
  • Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.

Qualifications:

  • Strong math and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Basic proficiency with MS Office, Excel, and Access (data entry focus).
  • Payroll experience preferred, but not required, training will be provided.
