Certified Payroll Professional

Automation Personnel Services is looking for Certified Payroll Professionals for our company based in The Woodlands, Tx. Seeking to join our talented team, supporting thousands of clients across the United States in Payroll, TAX and HCM systems. Pay Rate
$22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Open to pay more depending on experience
Schedule and Hours
Monday to Friday (some Saturdays)
8:00am – 5:00pm
Client Services Representative – Payroll Duties and Responsibilities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely resolution of issues.
• Maintain employee payroll records, time and attendance, new hires, terminations, benefits, and deductions.
• Process full-cycle payroll, including file feeds, time sheets, and attendance tracking.
• Provide exceptional customer service through professional phone and email communication.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance operational efficiency.
• Assist with special projects as needed, which may occasionally require overtime or weekend work.

Client Services Representative – Payroll Qualifications and Requirements
• Minimum 5 years in Payroll, HR, Benefits, or SaaS customer service.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel proficiency required) and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
• Proficient in 10-key data entry.
• Ability to stay calm, professional, and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
• Friendly, approachable, and collaborative.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Project management experience is a plus.
