Payroll Processing Associate (Onsite)

We are hiring for a Payroll Processing Associate role in Coppell, TX. This is an onsite opportunity supporting payroll operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

 Location: Coppell, TX 75019
 Pay Rate: $18.78/hr on W2 (All Inclusive)
 Duration: 6+ Months
 Work Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:
• Process payroll data and manual check requests using internal systems
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for employees
• Work with time & labor and other web-based payroll applications
• Maintain strict confidentiality of payroll and employee data
• Communicate with internal/external teams to resolve payroll issues
• Perform data entry with strong accuracy using 10-key and keyboard
• Support both union and non-union wage processing (training provided)
• Adapt to changing schedules including overtime, weekends, and holidays if required

Requirements:
