Job description

We are currently hiring a Payroll Processing Associate for an onsite role in Columbus, Ohio. This position supports payroll operations, including manual check processing and coordination with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely employee payments.

Location: 100 E. Campus View Blvd #300, Columbus, OH 43235
Work Arrangement: Onsite (5 days a week)
Working Hours: 8:00 AM โ€“ 5:00 PM
Schedule: Monday to Friday (occasional weekends and holidays based on business needs)
Contract Duration: 12 months

Job Summary:
The Payroll Processing Associate will work within internal payroll systems to process manual check requests, manage payroll data, and communicate with internal stakeholders to resolve payroll-related issues. This role requires strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process manual payroll checks and related requests using internal systems
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure payroll accuracy and timely processing
  • Work with web-based payroll and timekeeping applications
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee and payroll data
  • Support both union and non-union payroll processes (training provided)
  • Print, seal, and distribute payroll checks as required
  • Handle urgent payroll issues within tight deadlines
  • Work in a high-volume, fast-paced operational environment
