Job description

Position: Payroll Processor

Location: Oklahoma City, OK

Assignment Type: Contract-to-hire

Compensation: $20-24/HR DOE

Benefits: We offer full benefits including Insurance, 401k, PTO.

We are working on an exciting Payroll Processor Job in Oklahoma City, OK! 

You would be joining an exciting industry and growing company where your payroll skills will be greatly utilized!  

Responsibilities: 

  • Perform daily payroll functions including W-4's
  • Reconcile payroll  
  • Multi-state payroll 
  • Process termination paperwork 
  • Time and attendance audits 
  • Customer service
  • Hourly and salaried employee payroll 
  • Stuff payroll checks
  • Reconcile and post payroll entries into ERP 

Qualifications: 

  • 1+ years of payroll processing 
  • Fast paced environment
  • Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel) 
  • Knowledge of payroll and tax laws
