Job description

Implementation Consultant, HCM is responsible for ensuring a smooth transition for clients onboarding to our services. This role supports successful implementation and integration of Payroll and HR Solutions to help clients streamline processes and achieve business goals. The consultant leads full client implementations by understanding requirements and configuring solutions using a consultative approach to maximize solution value.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to understand payroll and HR requirements and gather data for system configuration.
Manage full implementation cycle from kick-off to go-live, setting and managing realistic expectations.
Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Payroll, Product) to ensure a unified implementation aligned with client needs.
Lead client meetings to communicate timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Provide training and guidance on effective use of our HRIS system for smooth transition and user adoption.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical and process issues during implementation.
Maintain Client Space (CRM system) by updating project milestones, tasks, and collateral throughout implementation.
Transition clients to the service team for ongoing support post go-live to ensure excellent client experience.
