UKG Ready Payroll Implementation Consultant

Location: US Remote Salary: Up to $80,000/yr. commensurate with experience.

We are highly experienced in core areas such as workforce management, benefits, payroll, and time & labor management as well as ancillary areas including talent acquisition, compensation, performance, and third-party integrations. This allows us to help our clients in all aspects of the employee life cycle from recruitment to retirement, and everything in between. In addition to many years of experience, our resources work across multiple industry verticals and have expertise with the leading HCM systems on the market today. Whatever the need or system in use, RCM will have a solution.

Position Description: The individual should be a self-starter who wants to manage their book of business in an autonomous work environment. The RCM Technologies consultant would be responsible for assisting clients with the implementation of the UKG Ready Payroll software solutions, including requirements gathering, process design, system configuration, testing, and go-live. This is a functional consulting position; however, knowledge of the technical aspects of software implementations such as Data Import/Export, System Integration or Report Writing is a plus. Qualified candidates will possess outstanding customer service skills as well as strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead requirements gathering meetings
  • Provide product and subject matter expertise to client
  • Create and maintain requirements documentation
  • Configure system components to meet customer requirements
  • Participate in testing cycles
  • Deliver training to administrators and end users
  • Transition of customers to customer support

Qualifications:

  • Certified or highly skilled in UKG Payroll
  • Ability to drive and project manage clients to project dates while implementing the UKG Ready product and effectively manage the client within the scope of the project
  • Demonstrates and understands fiscal responsibility and accountability related to projects
  • Strong client-facing customer service skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Experience working independently without daily supervision
  • Ability to multi-task between different projects and clients

Education & Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
