Pay Range: $19.00/hr. - $23.00/hr.

The Bilingual Dental Patient Access Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to patients in a dental office setting. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a healthcare or dental office environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer phone calls and schedule appointments.
  • Verify patient insurance information and collect co-payments.
  • Assist patients with completing necessary forms and paperwork.
  • Translate for patients who are not fluent in English.
  • Provide information to patients about dental procedures and treatments.
  • Handle patient complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
  • Will rotate to satellite office on Williamson Road.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Bilingual preferred.
  • Experience working in a healthcare or dental office environment.
