Job Description
The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the spare parts business, including troubleshooting open and delivered orders, establishing intercompany pricing, supporting the Service team on material inquiries, and pricing parts, and support for unknown parts.
Key Responsibilities
  • Spare parts pricing - analyze costs, BoMs, complexity of parts to ensure profitable margins
  • Evaluate margins on a regular basis to improve overall profitability
  • Maintain intercompany pricing database and validate on a quarterly basis
  • Enter non-b2b parts orders from other Syntegon companies
  • Manage return process for spare parts, approvals, re-stocking fees, etc
  • Troubleshoot / investigate customer order issues - warranty, incorrect shipments
  • Create recommended spare parts lists for project management
  • Update material master data for obsolescence, programming needs, assembly needs

This role offers the possibility of a hybrid work schedule after initial onboarding and training.
Qualifications
Basic Requirements and skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
  • Experience with purchased parts and OEM manufactured parts
  • Experience with routing and costing
  • Advanced MS Office and SAP skills
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • End-to-End Project Management
  • Budgeting & Risk Mitigation
  • Complex Problem Solving
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with aftermarket parts on high mix low volume environment
  • Advanced SAP skills
  • Advanced Excel, including basic formulas such as VLOOKUP, sum, count, substitute, and pivot tables.
