JOB OVERVIEW

This position is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of part/material movement.

Responsibilities:

  • Verify Parts Router, transfer and move material in between Production Support Shops 
  • Move Blue Tag and RTS Materials from Inspection to the Stock Room 
  • Transfer and move Outbound Repair Material from Support Shops to Shipping 

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma 
  • +3 years of experience in Inventory Parts Mover 
  • Must have basic computer skills 
  • Must be fluent in English (written and verbal) 
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S 
  • Must have a valid drivers license 
  • Pass pre-employment drug testing per FAA/DOT regulations 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • The candidate should be goal-oriented, have good attention to detail, and must work well in team situations and also as an individual 
  • Well-organized with basic computer skills 
  • Ability to multitask 
  • The job requires careful diligence/attention in performing duties under normal mental stresses commonly associated with detailed work. 
  • Should be able to perform moderately strenuous physical tasks which include bending, stooping, kneeling, and working overhead fora long period of time 

Job Demands:

Work is performed in a Shop environment and requires the ability to perform extensive standing, driving, walking, and climbing; to lift up to 50lbs. regularly; to manipulate up to 100lbs. with assistance. Must be able to bend, stoop, climb to reach materials, and work in a noisy environment.
