Job description

Harris Porsche is looking for a dependable, motivated, and detail-oriented Parts Warehouse / Parts Driver to join our team. This position is responsible for maintaining an organized parts warehouse, accurately handling Porsche parts, and providing timely delivery and pickup of parts while representing Harris Porsche in a professional manner.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, organize, and stock incoming parts and merchandise.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient parts warehouse.
  • Pull and stage parts accurately for technicians and the Parts Department.
  • Deliver and pick up parts from vendors, other dealerships, and customers as needed.
  • Verify parts and paperwork before deliveries and pickups.
  • Assist with loading and unloading parts safely.
  • Maintain accurate inventory organization and report any discrepancies.
  • Follow all dealership safety and operating procedures.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and courteous attitude when interacting with customers, vendors, and other businesses.
  • Assist the Parts Department with additional duties as needed.
  • Ensure company vehicles are kept clean, organized, and properly maintained.
  • Work closely with the Parts and Service Departments to ensure technicians receive the correct parts in a timely manner.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to safely lift and move parts and boxes.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership environment.
  • Professional appearance and excellent customer-service skills.
  • Previous automotive parts, warehouse, dealership, or delivery experience is preferred but not required.
  • Must be willing to learn Porsche parts, processes, and dealership procedures.
