Location: San Diego, CA (On-Site) | Type: Full-Time| Hourly Rate $20+ (Depending On Experience)

As a Parts Driver, you’re one of the most important team members at Norm Reeves Toyota. You’re responsible for delivering and picking up parts and equipment for the dealership in a friendly, safe and efficient manner.

Your work will ensure guests leave 100% satisfied with their Norm Reeves Toyota experience. This role is a great entry point to Norm Reeves for an excellent driver who thrives on providing an exceptional guest experience.

What You’ll Do:

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming Toyota parts shipments for accuracy and damage.
  • Accurately stock and label inventory according to Toyota and dealership standards.
  • Pull, stage, and distribute parts for technicians and service advisors in a timely manner.
  • Process returns, warranty parts, core returns, and vendor shipments according to Toyota policies.
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages, discrepancies, or damaged inventory to the Parts Manager.
  • Coordinate transfers between dealership locations when needed.
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
  • Work closely with the Parts Counter team, Service Department, and outside vendors to ensure efficient parts flow.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need:

  • Full time availability. You’ll also need to be at least 18 years old
  • A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
