Job Description

H+H Chevy Parts Warehouse Operations Specialist pay is $17/hour.

Job Overview – How You’ll Contribute:

Are you organized, dependable, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment? H+H Chevy is looking for a Parts Warehouse Operations Specialist to help keep our Parts Department running efficiently. In this role, you'll play a vital part in receiving, organizing, and maintaining inventory while supporting team members across the dealership. If you take pride in keeping things organized and enjoy hands-on work, we'd love to hear from you.

  • Receive and unload incoming parts shipments from freight carriers.
  • Verify incoming inventory and ensure parts are received in good condition.
  • Prioritize and process special parts orders (SPOs).
  • Organize and maintain warehouse inventory.
  • Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and orderly.
  • Assist Parts Counter staff with preparing and organizing deliveries.
  • Process and return obsolete parts to manufacturers.
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
  • Support the Parts team with additional duties as assigned.
  • Schedule is Monday-Friday, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm 

Qualifications – What You Need to be Successful:

  • The ability to read and comprehend information and perform calculations.
  • A passion for providing stellar Customer Service.
  • Desire to grow, learn, and advance within the company.
  • The ability to access, input, and retrieve information from the computer.
  • The ability to prioritize and manage time.
  • Ability to confidently operate automatic, electric, hybrid, and manual vehicles is preferred.
  • Perform bending, pushing, climbing, leaning, twisting, reaching, kneeling, crouching, and other maneuvers associated with the position.
  • Lift and/or move up to 100 lbs.
  • Ability to operate hand tools and power tools properly and safely.
  • Ability to walk briskly up to 500 yards frequently throughout shift.
  • Ability to move about the dealership to effectively communicate with Associates from other departments.
