Job description

The Parts Warehouse Person position at Servco Leeward provides genuine Toyota and Chevy parts to our service department and retail customers by receiving, stocking, and pulling parts in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
  • Accurately receive and check-in parts to ensure correct part and quantity and inspect to ensure condition of parts are acceptable
  • Scan and/or input parts information in computer system
  • Pull parts for counter personnel and auto technicians
  • Pack parts for returns
  • Handles all required paperwork
  • Receive, catalog, and dispose of warranty parts and scrappage as needed
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse environment
  • Perform cycle counting and annual inventory
  • May also build and replace bins and storage racks

Requirements:
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Minimum six months of automotive experience
  • Warehouse work experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Must be able to obtain Hazmat and forklift certification
  • Ability to operate a forklift
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation
  • Good communication and customer relations skills
  • Ability to type a minimum of 15 wpm
  • Basic computer skills
  • DealerTrack knowledge preferred
  • Must be able to follow instructions, be detail oriented and a team player
  • Must be able to work a 4/10 (4 days per week, 10 hours per day) work schedule; Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday from 7:00am - 5:30pm
