Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Maintenance Technician to join our U.S. team. In this role, you will represent WIDOS in the American market by diagnosing and repairing plastic welding machines. Other duties could include assisting with Shipping and Receiving, and support training and demonstration of the welding machines for our product portfolio. Some travel could be possible to support an established customer base.

  • Diagnose and repair welding machines
  • Support customer base with technical support via phone or video meetings
  • Provide training and demonstration on site or in office
  • Preparing product for shipping or receiving
  • Inventory management
  • Offer consultative technical support and guidance throughout the sales cycle
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams on order processing, logistics, and customer service

    Requirements
  • Mechanical experience with high and low voltage
  • Ability to read schematics
  • Hydraulic service and repair a plus
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with customerfocused thinking

  • Valid U.S. driver’s license and work authorization required
