Job description

What You'll Do:

  • To issue proper parts for tractors and trailers per the request of the technician.
  • In the event proper parts are not in stock in the Total parts department the parts coordinator is responsible for ordering the proper parts from appropriate vendor.
  • It is the responsibility of the parts coordinator to enter into the computer, to the proper repair order, any and all parts issued.
  • It is the responsibility of the parts coordinator to stock (put away) any and all parts that are delivered to the parts department during their specific shift.
  • It is the responsibility of the parts coordinator to keep the parts warehouse and the parts office clean and orderly during their specific shift.
  • Other assigned tasks and projects as directed by the parts supervisor or maintenance manager.
  • May include other duties as assigned by Management.
