Job description

Responsibilities

  • Drive overall supply chain vision, strategy, and execution to increase business value and productivity
  • Oversee all procurement functions, including cost performance, working‐capital targets, sourcing strategy, trade compliance, and delivery/lead‐time results
  • Create strategic roadmaps and translate them into actionable tactical project plans once approved
  • Lead a buying team, support staff development, succession planning, and oversee recruiting, coaching, and performance reviews
  • Negotiate cost and service agreements, evaluate supplier capabilities, implement contracts, manage PPV, and maintain strong supplier partnerships
  • Collaborate cross‐functionally, manage demand forecasts, reduce excess/obsolete inventory, improve processes, and ensure compliance with purchasing policies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain or engineering; MBA strongly preferred
  • APICS (CSCP, CPIM, SCOR‐P) or ISM (CPSM) credentials
  • 10+ years in global sourcing/supply chain for industrial products and 5+ years in management
  • Strong negotiation background with freight knowledge and understanding of US HTS codes
  • Proven relationship‐building, communication, presentation, and project‐management skills with solid financial acumen
  • Strong MS Office proficiency, especially advanced Excel, with ability to identify and close tool or talent gaps

Salary: $120K - $140K with 10-15% annual bonus based on experience
