Our European Headquarter in Gersthofen is looking for a Head of Supply Chain Commodities Non-Food (m/f/d).What your job includes
  • Leadership and development of a dedicated non-food commodities team
  • Full responsibility for cost management and supply security of non-food commodities across Europe
  • Strategic development of the European supply base for energy, technical gases, logistics, warehousing, packaging materials, chemicals and PPE
  • Ownership of budgets, forecasts, market reports, KPIs and inventory management
  • Development and execution of cost-saving and value-creation initiatives
  • Building and maintaining long-term partnerships with strategic suppliers
  • Continuous monitoring of relevant markets to ensure competitiveness and supply resilience
  • Close collaboration with internal stakeholders such as Supply Chain, Finance, Controlling, Quality and Sustainability
  • Preparation and delivery of internal and customer-facing presentations
  • Active contribution to procurement centralization and lean supply chain initiatives
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant EU legislation related to non-food commodities
What we expect from you
  • University degree in Economics, Food Science or Agriculture
  • Several years of experience in a senior buying or selling role
  • Excellent communication, analytical and negotiation skills
  • Experience in the preparation of pricing documents and using financial tools
  • Excellent MS-Office skills and presentation techniques
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
