Job description

Auto Parts Coordinator- Full-time (Confidential Company)

We are a busy auto body shop in Central Phoenix looking for an experienced and motivated Auto Parts Coordinator. The ideal candidate has a strong attention to detail, is motivated and quality conscience. Must be full time, 40+ hours per week.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

·       Order parts as instructed

·       Receive, verify and inspect all parts as they are delivered

·       Manage vendor relationships

·       Reconcile parts statements

·       Assist in front office as needed

Skills/qualifications include but are not limited to:

·       Minimum 5 years of experience in auto parts coordinating

·       Must be proficient in CCC1, Parts Trader, Collision Lynx, and OPS Trax

·       Must be 21 years of age or older

·       Must have a valid driver's license

·       Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment

·       Ability to do consistent physical activity -reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending and squatting, lifting objects over 50 pounds

·       Be able to understand instructions, written and verbal

·       Be able to read and understand instructions, written estimates and work orders

·       Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment
