Parts DirectorDescription

As a Parts Director at Mills Auto Group, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our parts department. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced individual who has a deep understanding of automotive parts and a strong track record of leadership. If you are passionate about the automotive industry and possess excellent organizational and communication skills, we would love to hear from you.ย  WHOLESALE EXPERIENCE A MUST!!!

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize parts department performance and profitability
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate and efficient parts ordering, receiving, and storage
  • Supervise and train parts department staff, providing guidance and support to achieve team goals
  • Create and maintain effective relationships with vendors, negotiating pricing and terms to optimize departmental performance
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of parts
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, products, and technologies to effectively meet customer needs
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Parts Director or similar role in the automotive industry
  • In-depth knowledge of automotive parts and accessories
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in computer systems and inventory management software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
