Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize parts department performance and profitability
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate and efficient parts ordering, receiving, and storage
  • Supervise and train parts department staff, providing guidance and support to achieve team goals
  • Create and maintain effective relationships with vendors, negotiating pricing and terms to optimize departmental performance
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of parts
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, products, and technologies to effectively meet customer needs
