About the position:ย 

Your job is to partner with our partner account managers as the key technical lead throughout the post-sales lifecycle of our Elements/Channel business. Through this partnership,ย willย act as a strategic technical resource for high-priority channel accounts, driving product adoption, retention, and growth by leading onboarding, enablement, and expansion efforts.ย 

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:ย ย 

  • Develop success plans for strategic partner accounts by creating metrics to support onboarding, product adoption, and retention goals.ย 
  • Build andย maintainย long-term relationships with key channel partners, coordinating enablementย effortsย andย establishingย a trusted advisor role.ย 
  • Manage a portfolio of partner accounts to provide ongoing technical guidance and strategic recommendations.ย 
  • Align AvePoint's product suite to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet partner businessย objectivesย and drive customer success.ย 
  • Create individualized success plans for partners using performance metrics and feedback to guide engagement strategies.ย 
  • Collaborate with channel sales teams to understand partner growth strategies andย identifyย opportunities to drive adoption and expansion.ย 
  • Guide partners through renewal cycles, working closely with sales to ensureย timelyย and successful contract renewals.ย 
  • Monitor partner adoption status and support history to inform engagement plans and mitigate churn risks.ย 
  • Proactively address challenges and steer partners toward successful outcomes through strategic goal alignment.ย 
  • Become a subject matter expert in AvePoint's platform to effectively educate and enable partner teams.ย 
  • Plan and execute onsite or virtual partner visits to deepen understanding of their goals and deliver impactful business reviews.ย 
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to assess partner performance, adoption, and future growth opportunities.ย 
  • Coordinate technical onboarding andย implementationย support for partner-led deployments.ย 
  • Deliver pre-sales training and certification programs to empower partner sales and technical teams.ย 
  • Support joint marketing initiatives and lead generation efforts in collaboration with channel and marketing teams.ย 
  • Identifyย upsell and cross-sell opportunities within partner accounts and support execution strategies.ย 
  • Collect and communicate partner feedback to internal teams to inform product development and program improvements.ย 
  • Ensure partner compliance with program requirements and supportย utilizationย of incentives and rebates.ย 
  • Advocate for successful partners by supporting case study development and reference activities.ย 
  • Participate in internal performance reviews to assess partner maturity and recommend strategic actions.ย

  • Proficient in having conversations with IT stakeholders and addressing common concerns around interoperability and differentiation from common enterprise systems.ย 
  • Proven success in a customer facing, pre-sales role proposing software solutions at all levels of a customer organization.ย 
  • Strong customer satisfaction, customer service, adoption, and retention experienceย 
  • Excellent written/verbal communication, organization, presentation, and project management skillsย 
  • Ability to work individually and within a highly collaborative global team settingย 
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environmentย 
  • Strong experience in communicating with different stakeholders and decision makers, both internally and externallyย 
  • Expert at customer relationship managementย 
  • Advanced ability to understand businessย objectivesย through requirements gathering and analysisย 
  • Impeccable organizational awareness skillsย 
  • Have completed or currently Pursuing Certifications such as is a nice to have. If not, we will support you in obtaining these with our tuition reimbursement program.ย 

Technical Qualities:ย 

  • Experience inIT professionalrelated topics such as server and software installation,configurationand administration, especially for Windows Server, Microsoft SQL Server, Dynamics CRM, SharePoint, Microsoft 365 & Azure technologiesย 
  • Understanding of Microsoft SharePoint architecture, components, and configuration, including the differences between SharePoint versions and hybrid architectureย 
  • Working knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, SMTP, and DHCP technologiesย 
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, IIS, and Active Directoryย 
  • Broader knowledge of server and cloud offerings in the tech industry i.e. Office 365, Azure, AWS, Google Cloud is strongly preferred.ย

The Salary Range for this role is $100,000 - $130,000. At AvePoint, we strive to offer competitive, fair, and equitable total rewards. The listed salary range represents a good faith estimate, with final offers based on location, experience, skills, and qualifications. The listed range reflects base salary only; our total rewards include base salary, comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, unlimited PTO), and depending on the role, bonuses, commissions, or equity (RSUs).
