About The Role

This role focuses on improving AI systems' reasoning in business strategy, organizational design, and executive decision-making. The work involves applying real-world consulting expertise to evaluate, refine, and enhance AI-generated outputs across complex business scenarios.

Position: Management Consulting Expert

Type: Hourly Contract

Engagement: Remnote Global | Part-time

Compensation: $80–$100/hour

Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

  • Review and evaluate AI-generated outputs related to strategy frameworks, market sizing, competitive analysis, and executive recommendations
  • Design realistic consulting scenarios such as case interviews, client workshops, hypothesis-driven analyses, and workstream planning
  • Annotate, label, and validate datasets across consulting use cases (e.g., market entry, cost transformation, post-merger integration, org redesign)
  • Provide structured feedback on AI accuracy in areas such as MECE structuring, issue trees, financial analysis, and executive communication
  • Collaborate asynchronously to refine evaluation frameworks for business strategy AI
  • Ensure alignment with real-world consulting methodologies and best practices

Must-Have:

  • 3+ years of experience in management consulting (MBB, Big 4, Tier 2, or boutique firms)
  • Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills
  • Ability to translate consulting workflows into evaluation frameworks and tasks
